CHP is the state peak body for homelessness in Victoria. We represent individuals and organisations with a stake in homelessness. Our mission is to work towards ending homelessness through leadership in policy, advocacy and sector development. Through current membership forums and subscribers, CHP represents more than 120 community organisations.
